  • 1 cup Yogurt, natural

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 fresh medium banana
  • 1/2 cup pitted cherries
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon honey
The Add-ons

  • 1 Tsp. honey
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
Place all ingredients into your blender. Blend until smooth and add more milk to thin out.Who said falling asleep needs to be difficult.
