When using 2breathe to fall asleep, the time can be set at up to 15 or up to 30 minutes. This is the time the app will guide your breathing. However, should you fall asleep before the session ends, the app will stay on for another 10 minutes and then turn itself off.

If you are using the session as an exercise, you should follow the tones for a 15 minute session every day. (see USING 2BREATHE TO IMPROVE SLEEP above).

The session duration defaults can be changed in your app preference menu.
