I cannot get my sensor to pair with my phone. What am I doing wrong?

First, make sure that your device’s bluetooth is turned on and that the application is open.  Then, make sure to press and hold the button on the bottom of the sensor.  The LED light should turn on and flash red and green until the device connects. If you press the button for 3-5 seconds and you see the LED flashing only red, this means that the device has turned off and you should press it again to turn it on.

If the LED lights do not flash you might need to replace the battery. See how to replace a battery video here.

If the LED lights are flashing but 2breathe still does not pair, please “force close” the 2breathe app and relaunch it. (For force close – double-click the Home button to access the multitasking tray/app switcher, you will be greeted with apps running in the background displayed in an all-new card-based interface. You can swipe left or right to see more. You can switch to another app, by tapping it.)

If it still doesn’t pair, please contact us.
