2Breathe takes your privacy very seriously. This is why we shall endeavor to inform you of uses we have for the information and details you provide us with, while using our Services. The content and scope of our Services may change from time to time – so we advise you to return and reread this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Information you provide us by using the Services may be used for professional scientific research in the fields of sleep, sleeping and breathing. We will use data gathered from our Services, including the information that you provide, only for the purposes of this research and to improve and further develop the Services (“Purposes”). 2Breathe and its distributors will not handle your information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the Purposes without first obtaining your consent.


We collect the following information that you provide to us through the Services: your first and last name, email address, phone number, postal addresses, your answers to periodic surveys on your sleep habits, your interaction with the Services and the other information and data described below. We will also collect shipping and payment information if you purchase a product on our Site. We will not collect your information by deception or other wrongful means.

We automatically collect the following information on our Site:
Your Internet protocol address (“IP address“), browser type, domain names, access times, and operating system. We also use cookies and navigational data like Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) to gather information regarding the date and time of your visit and the information for which you searched and which you viewed. This type of information is collected to make our products and services more useful to you. In some of our emails to you, we will use a “click-through URL” to make your experience as easy as possible. When you click on one of these URLs, our web server detects that you clicked on the link from your email before arriving at your destination website. Tracking click-throughs helps us determine your interest in particular topics and helps us measure the effectiveness of our customer communications. Cookies are small pieces of information that a web site sends to your computer’s hard drive while you are viewing a web site. When you use the 2Breathe App, we will ask you to pair your 2breathe sensor with the App and collect the sensor’s ID and battery levels. You would then be asked to create a user account providing us with information about yourself such as email address, first and last name, and phone number.

Once powered and paired, the 2breathe sensor collects physical information based on monitoring your breathing-movements. This data is translated into information such as breathing rate, inspiration and expiration periods and your sleep patterns. This physiological information, together with additional optional information you provide us, such as answers to questioners about your activity and mood, will be uploaded to your account on our servers. Should you decide not to create an account or to delete your account at a later time, the physiological information collected will remain on our servers in a non-identifiable fashion.

When you use the App, we also collect information about your device, including your device type, manufacturer, model, and operating system; your device ID; and the version of your App. We also collect information about how you use the App and interact with the pages and features and a time stamped log of data exchanges.


We may get Personal Information about you from other sources. We may add this information to the information we have already collected from you in order to improve the products and services we provide.


We may share your information with our distributors who are entrusted by us to handle your information in order to achieve the Purposes and you hereby consent to our sharing your information with our distributors and to our distributors’ use of your information in accordance with this privacy policy and the other terms and conditions applicable to our provision of the Services. We will not share your information with other third parties without your additional consent. We may also:

(a) share your information with third parties who are entrusted by us to process payments, or to store information collected through our site, App, and Services;
