Wrestling with Sleep

I’m a wrestling medical Trainer in Japan’s Professional Wrestling Association. After using 2breathe for 1 month I found that my concentration on my breathing was much easier and following the rhythm of the breath was much easier. Finally I Can Sleep Without Medication!

I’m an ER doctor so having enough sleep is crucial for my patients and I, unfortunately, have suffered from insomnia for many years now. 2breathe has given me the tools to regulate my breathing which I really do think was the cause of my years of battling insomnia. Here are my details:

I typically go to bed at 10 PM and fall asleep my own rather quickly (or at least I thought so). Most of my problems are waking up and hour and a half later and not being able to fall asleep again. Two months with 2breathe made a huge difference. I’m sleeping so much better. Within the first two weeks I’ve notice a marked reduction in the time it took me to fall asleep from about 40-50 minutes to less than 10 minutes. Then as the customer service specialist advised, I started using/practicing it during the day for 15 minutes when awake. It really helps me regulate my breathing so that when I wake up in the middle of the night, I automatically go right to my 2breathe breath work — slowing down my breathing, lengthening my expiration’s making sure I am breathing regularly. If I wake up too early, I will use 2breathe for 30 minutes and will then often times fall back asleep for another hour or so.

It is like having a personal breathing coach with me! By practicing in the day, I am not panicked at night when I need to sleep.  My body has learned exactly what to do.  I do not even stress now when I wake up in middle of night — I know that I can and will go back to sleep.  Really great to be able fall asleep with no medications!

Finally I Can Sleep!

I have suffered from sleeplessness for a very long time. I read about 2breathe on the internet and decided to call about the device to learn more. Customer service was very patient with me in answering my questions and I was convinced this was right for me. At first I had some technical difficulties but again customer support was there to help me and gave me the support I needed to start. I love this device! Since using it I noticed I am much calmer, and I am sleeping better. Would I recommend this device to people I know? Definitely! I recommended the device to my niece and she bought one also. The support you receive makes you feel like someone is there to help you. They did and it has helped. Thank you 2breathe!

No more jet lag!

I travel internationally a lot. When I return home after a 9 hour time difference, I sleep a few hours and then am awake the rest of the night. This aspect of jet lag has been dreadful, so when I saw something about this device I figured it was worth a try.

To my amazement, when I awoke in the middle of the first night home and tried it out, the device enabled me to go right away into a meditative and very restful state. Eventually I also fell asleep. The result was that instead of 2 miserable weeks trying to get my sleep cycle straightened out, by the second day home I was 100% fine. I kept waking up, but with the 2breathe I would go into a meditative and then full sleep every time. And during the days I felt totally normal.

Actually, better than normal. My secretary commented on multiple mornings that I was looking exceptionally rested.

I did have some issues when I first starting using 2breathe, but customer service was unbelievable. They responded so helpfully to each email I sent. Solving the issues that had occurred.

The upshot is that I just bought a second device. A good friend of mine has trouble falling asleep, and also falling asleep again when she has awoken in the middle of the night because her husband gets up early to go to work. So I bought one for her. Again, wow! No more jet lag!

2breathe Helped Me Stop Taking Sleeping Medication.
I have been suffering sleep problems for the last 20 years. The past few years I have tried numerous things just to sleep. One day I read about 2breathe in a newsletter I receive as a RESPeRATE user. I have found 2breathe to be extremely user friendly. At first, I did have some difficulty with it but this has also given me an opportunity to see another great aspect of 2breathe. When I spoke with the Customer Service person, he really cared about what I was going through. He listened to what I had to say. The service was very personable and he made me feel like I really mattered to him. With his help and coaching I was able to better use 2breathe. One of my goals was to be able to stop taking sleeping medication and because of 2breathe I was able to do just that. I would recommend this device to anyone who suffers from sleeplessness.

I am more at peace.

Its a great tool for sleeping better and for relaxation
I’ve been using Resperate for 20 years to lower my blood pressure. Many times while using Resperate I fell asleep. So I decided to start using Resperate  in bed. I’ve actually created a home made 2breathe device . By using the Resperate with batteries and an external speaker in order to fall asleep.

Once I discovered 2breathe I immediately bought it. It’s much more suitable for sleep, as it is more portable and comfortable. There are no wires and the iPhone application is easy to use. I use it for sleeping better and for relaxation.
I highly recommend 2breathe to anyone who needs to relax and sleep better.

Not just better sleep. You guys should also sell it as the ultimate stress detoxing machine

I’ve been suffering from sleeplessness since my 20’s. I’m a type A person working hard nationwide. When I have a stressful day (and I have many) I find myself waking up at 3:00 a.m with my mind racing and that’s it – I can’t go back to sleep.

2breathe definitely helped me. When my racing mind wants to do something I use the breathing exercise. 2breathe teaches us to relax and go back to sleep.

I also use an additional 2breathe session to detox from a stressful day.

Since I have no issue falling asleep I use 2breathe for 20 minutes around 8PM and take off the sensor. It’s like a meditation tool for me and it really helps train my wondering mind.

I actually use 2breathe for many stressful situations. 15 minutes during the day makes a huge difference. You guys should also sell it as a very useful tool for stress detoxing.

If I’m traveling 2breathe comes with me.

I’m finding it easier to fall asleep

I don’t need to use the app every night and I am finding it easier to get to sleep. I strongly feel that getting to sleep is a matter of quieting your thoughts and I feel 2 breathe has been helpful to me. It reminds me of meditating. .

Turns off the thoughts racing in my head

I have severe insomnia. I cannot fall asleep or stay asleep and I have tried all manner of solutions including a sleep clinic and prescription medications. 2breathe allows me to relax and turn off the thoughts in my head so I can fall asleep. I feel the stress leave my body

I have had a lot of stress in my life and started having trouble going to sleep and then waking up at 3:00 a.m. and not able to go back to sleep. I tried over-the-counter sleep aids but when they did work, I would wake up feeling lethargic throughout the day. Then I tried 2breathe.

At first I became a little frustrated trying to keep exactly with the tones guiding my breathing, but with the guidance of the 2breathe team, I became less concerned about keeping with the tones which in turn helped me to relax and then I started following the tones automatically. This all helped me to relax, meditate, and feel the stress leave my body.
I used to have to get up several times in the night to go to bathroom. This has helped with that so it usually only happens now one to two times each night. If I do start to have trouble falling back to sleep, I just start taking deep breaths like 2breathe has taught me and back to sleep I go.

I have used RESPeRATE personally and with clients for the past 15 years with excellent effect. I fall asleep within 5-10 minutes.

I was a Resperate user and it really lowered my blood pressure. When I heard about 2breathe from the same inventors, I thought I would try it to see if it could help me with my sleep issues. I work 10 hour shifts and had fragmented sleep. Waking up too early was leaving me tired and made days more difficult. It’s hypnotic.

I’m a typical Type A personality; my mind keeps racing. I haven’t had a good night’s sleep in 25 years. I put on 2breathe and it forces me to follow the tones and breathe differently. I wake up fewer times, I go back to sleep more easily.

Though I feel that my Yoga training kept me from following the guiding tones exactly as they are meant to be followed in the beginning, I still see an improvement in the first two weeks of using 2breathe. A great way to get your mind and body ready to go to sleep.

I don’t really have sleeplessness issues but as it’s my business area, I was interested in trying the technology. I was impressed by the fact that even for me 2breathe made the transition into sleep easier.

I find it’s effective. It was easy to follow the breathing patterns. It was fascinating to experience how the 2breathe tones take your mind off other thoughts and assist the user to drift into sleep in a very short time. I found that I could never really complete the 15 minute session without falling asleep, so I never even bothered trying the 30 minute option.

I was also impressed by the fact the melodies are not pre-recorded but completely personalized and composed in real time to automatically re-adjust to the user’s needs. Smart solution.

I can now go to sleep when I want to go to sleep and that has been transformational for me.

I’ve had insomnia to various degrees since I was kid. Prior to 2breathe, I’d tried breathing on my own, melatonin, and other non-drug methods to go to sleep but nothing has consistently allowed me to fall asleep within an hour.
2breathe has allowed me to fall asleep within one session (about 15 minutes) every time. It’s amazing.
Even times when I didn’t feel tired at all, but really needed a good night’s sleep, I’d put on 2breathe and fall asleep by the time the session ended.

2breathe has also been helpful from a productivity standpoint. I don’t need to ‘turn off’ to wind down anymore, so I get more sleep and I’m more productive – this is very important to me. When I started 2breathe, I was working mentally demanding 14-hour days; it was essential that I got enough sleep to be able to focus at work. Not having to worry about being able to fall asleep has been incredible and liberating; this has improved my entire attitude toward sleep.

It really helps.

Waking up during the night was my issue, especially after long flights or busy periods in the office. As frequent international flights are part of my job, I had very low expectations that anything can help – I was pleasantly surprised. As I have no trouble falling asleep, I use 2breathe for about 15 minutes before going to sleep. Within ten days or so I began noticing a marked difference. It really helps.

I also begun practicing breathing exercises on my own imaging the tones in my head. It’s great too, but my experience has been that using 2breathe is far more impactful.
