- I have severe sleeplessness issues. How will 2breathe help me?
Most people with issues falling asleep begin to see improvements after a few 2breathe sessions. People who have issues staying asleep need to use 2breathe as a daily breathing exercise and will gradually see improvements.
- I feel like I need more guidance than I’m given during a session. Is this possible?
It can take a few tries to use the app with confidence. This is why the session tutorials are important to use in the beginning and particularly the Practice Session which you can find in your Preference/Tutorial menu.
- Is there anyone who shouldn’t use 2breathe?
2breathe poses no known medical risk.
